These kits and all associated content remains the
property of Linda Lloyd trading as Digital Monsoon and is protected by
US and international intellectual property laws. The contents of these kits
have been provided strictly for personal use only. Digital Monsoon
makes every effort to ensure that all elements of these packages meet our
own high standards but we are unable to offer any form of warranty
express or implied for any injury, damage or other circumstance arising
from the use of these kits.
These kits are licensed for personal use only. Personal use means that you
are free to use this kit and its elements in any way including printing,
editing or amending the artwork for your own personal projects. Under
the terms of this license you are free to demonstrate and disseminate
your creations online or offline on the condition that you do not benefit
financially from such displays and you agree that you will credit Digital
Monsoon as the original designers for any element of these kits used.
This license specifically excludes the use of any part of the kit for
commercial use including, but not limited to, printing, editing,
amending or altering the artwork contained therein without prior
permission from Digital Monsoon. You also agree that you will not use
any element of these kits for the purposes of advertising a business,
product or service nor shall it be used for the purpose of indirect
marketing, such as for publicity of a blog, website or similar.
The license attached to these kits does not allow for redistribution. You
must not reproduce, redistribute or repackage any part of these kits for
any reason.

Digital Monsoon retains the right to amend these terms of use at any
time without prior notification. Such amendments will take immediate
effect and replace any previous terms of use supplied.
